Land’s End 100 Sportive
The Land’s End 100 Sportive has been successfully running from Folly Field near St Michael’s Mount at Marazion since 2010.
You have a choice of three rides: the long route which is 104 miles, a medium route of 72 miles or the simpler and easier short route of about 46 miles, all in some of the most picturesque scapes across the Cornish Peninsula.
Quiet roads with stunning views, this has to be one of the most picturesque rides in the UK as riders will never be far from the sea.
Some notable landmarks en route include: St Michael’s Mount, Newlyn Harbour, Mousehole, Carn Galver Engine House Bosigran, St Ives, Copperhouse Pool Hayle, Hell’s Mouth, Portreath, Carne Brea, Stithian’s Reservoir, Goonhilly Earth Station, Poldhu Beach Mullion, RNAS Culdrose, Porthleven, and Land’s End itself.
