Every cyclist should know how to change a puncture. There is nothing worse than being miles away from home and having to push your bike back ! A few essential tools are needed. A good quality hand pump, electric pump or a CO2 inflator, a spare inner tube, a puncture repair kit or repair patches and of course a good quality set of tyre levers.

If you do have a puncture whilst out riding its much easier to simply change your inner tube and repair the puncture at home. We would recommend you take two suitable inner tubes on longer rides.
