Recently saw a student riding this bike in Blackpool. Apparently these types of bicycles have a cult following in Hong Kong after the popularity of a film about motorcycle racing. We arent exactly sure what film this is but it could be Full Throttle.
The bike itself was based on a standard frame with modifications to the handlebars and seat. The fairings were made from correx and covered with coloured tape. The under seat exhaust pipes were actually Bluetooth speakers.
