Specialized Turbo Creo 2 Comp E5 Electric gravel Bike 2024 uses the Specialized TURBO SL 1.2 motor system coupled with a Specialized SL1-320, fully integrated, 320Wh battery which gives a range of up to 5 hours / 120 miles. The bike has the Future Shock 3.0 system which gives 20mm of travel at the handlebars helping to reduces impact on the hands.
The Specialized MasterMind TCU control unit connects to the Specialized App allowing the rider to fine tune the settings of the bike such as power levels and display characteristics. Its also give information on battery condition etc. The unit also enables over-the-air updates when released.
The app also features the Turbo System Lock system which secures when parked. The motor is disabled and no other phone is allowed to be paired with the bike. if the bike is moved an alarm sounds. Using the app the bike can be locked / unlocked.
The Creo 2 Alloy accepts a variety of front and rear racks making it ideal for those bikepacking trips.
