The new frameset has a new SyncDrive Pro pedal-assist system powered by the Shimano EP8 motor. You can switch modes using Shimano Di2 levers which means an additional control unit isnt required. The SmartAssist motor automatically changes to your particular cycling style so no need to adjust support levels during riding. The integrated rack mounts allow the addition of mudguards and racks.
