The  Tour de France winner four times is restricted to training indoors.

Chris Froome has often been hit and miss when sharing his workouts on social media platforms.

Understandably fans are always keen for an insight into the training of the  Tour de France winner, with Chris often posting some of his more impressive beginning of the season rides on Strava.

With the current lockdown due to the coronavirus  the 34-year-old has been obliged to find alternative ways to train as he has not been on the road on his bike in a month.

Chris is currently at his home in Saint-Raphael in the south of France, quite close to  Nice, where he is not allowed to ride outside as the French authorities have  a ban on outdoor cycling in order to curb the spread of coronavirus, Covid 19.

As with a rigorous strength training programme, he has recently been putting in some very serious kilometers on the indoor training app by Zwift, after he and his Ineos team took part in their first virtual race.
