Notts CTC is a cycling club in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.
We have riding groups in Nottingham and Newark ans cater for all riding abilities.
We do not have bike racing events.
Our riding groups consist of long and fast down to slow and steady.
We have touring cycle rides, sportive, Sunday runs up to 60 miles, Thursday cycle rides to 40 miles and more.
Youth hostel weekends. Camping weekends.
Organised tours home and abroad.
Velo Club Flintham is a cycling club near Newark, Nottinghamshire.
Our club is approachable, friendly and about getting people out of the house into the countryside.
Our rides are non-drop, nobody gets left behind, drinks and cakes usually take place en route.
We encourage cycle riders of all ability and riding styles.
SUNDAY GROUP RIDES
Every Sunday we usually have at least two cycle rides, one being 35 miles and the other 50 miles. We always have a ride leader and a planned cycling route.
Really bad weather conditions are avoided.
Wednesday night in summer only cycle rides only are generally at a fast speed.
SOCIAL EVENTS
Social events are an often occurence.
Charity cycling rides also happen travelling to new areas and can be a day or longer
