Description
Sitwell Cycling Club is a cycling club in Rotherham, South Yorkshire.
We do ten social cycle rides on Wednesday evenings, Saturday/Sunday mornings. Riders meet outside Brookside Pharmacy, Whiston.
All our rides have an experienced club member. Weekend rides have a cafe stop and return approx. 1pm.
Wednesday cycle rides last approx. 90 minutes and we normally have a drink after the ride has concluded.
Saturday morning sessions are mainly for the under 12s who can ride either a balance bike or pedal bike. We teach your kiddies the basics of cycling
Some advanced students riders are on BMX style pump tracks.
We use Herringthorpe Playing Fields.
During the year we have a few races across various disciplines and age ranges.
